1/42 SSN688 Los Angeles LOA aprox 108"

I really don't know when I will ever get to build this, I'll need to move into a bigger house and get a bigger car. It may just end up as a static display piece. I'll have to see but it wont be any time soon!

This is the big one 108" long, shown next to a 1/96 Sheerline Akula.

This hull was produced by Eden Model Submarines in the 90's, and is a relatively rare kit now. Its only of the largest commerical hulls produced and its size poses a problem with trasport and storage. I am contemplating diving the hull into two for for transport and rejoing at pondside.
